Ramokopeloa Attorneys Inc is a 100% female owned legal practice founded in 2022 by Tshegofatso Anastinah Ramokopeloa. It’s offices are situated at Montshioa, Mahikeng in the North West Province with a vision of offering prompt proper and professional legal services to its clients. We strive towards giving our clients professional yet commercially sensible legal solutions in all areas of the law we practice. About Founder

Ramokopeloa Tshegofatso

Ramokopeloa Tshegofatso was born in North West in a village called Mabeskraal. Seeing injustice pushed her love for the law. Ramokopeloa registered for her LLB degree with the North West University in 2008 and completed in 2012.

She served her articles of clerkship with the Northwest University Community Law Centre from 2012-2014. After completion of her articles she 0got admitted as Legal Practitioner (attorney) on 6th February 2015. Ramokopeloa joined Thabiso Masike Attorneysfrom 2015 to 2016. She then returned to North West University Community Law Centre to serve as a temporary supervising attorney/subject specialist.

In 2018 she joined Ntsamai Attorneys and later Maleshane Rasikhalela Attorneys. Tshegofatso throughout has shown passion in practicing law. She served as a supplemental instructor for final year LLB students. She has conducted motivational talks with women within government departments in Mmabatho. Has conducted motivational talks relating to access to justice at Bosasa which was known as juvenile prison in Mafikeng. Ramokopeloa has conducted interviews with various radio stations on a number of legal topics affecting access to justice.

Her biggest achievement whilst at the Community Law Centre was when she stood in for Justice Yvonne Mokgoro during the launch of anti-racism held by brand South Africa in collaboration with the Nelson Mandela Foundation and the Ahmed Kathrada Foundation in North West. Since her admission as Legal Practitioner, Ramokopeloa has litigated various matters and has been successful in completing them and bringing orders which are satisfactory to her clients

She has been engaged in a number of community upliftment programs. She has served as adviser for North West Dingaka Association. She currently serves as deputy chairperson on the spiritual crime prevention program launched by SAPS Mmabatho.

The founder/Director of Ramokopeloa Attorneys Inc holds an LLB degree from North West University. She served articles at North West University Community Law Centre from 2012-2014. She was admitted as legal Practitioner on 06th February 2015. She worked at reputable law firms in the North West Province as an Attorney between the years 2015-2021.

Nshadi Lekgwathi

Candidate Legal Practitioner

Ms Nshadi Lekgwathi is our Candidate Legal Practitioner. She obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of South Africa in 2019. She completed the Practical Legal Training course with the Johannesburg School for Legal Practices. She also holds a Diploma in Media Studies from Boston Media House majoring in Strategic Advertising. Ms Lekgwathi has special interest in Administration of Estate and Criminal Law
